Mental Health Therapist role supporting our Bismarck, ND office. This position will provide mental health therapy services to youth reputed company the child welfare system as well as their foster care providers, biological families or other natural supports. We are looking for an energetic, compassionate therapist to support the unique needs of children and families. The Mental Health Therapist works as part of a multi-disciplinary wrap-around team in order to provide the most comprehensive and full-service support to clients. • Hybrid remote (community and home-based) in the Bismarck, North Dakota area!

Primary responsibilities:

• Creates and drives a trauma-informed environment
• Collaboration with youth and family and team to reputed company an Individual and Family Treatment Plan
• Provide individualized, youth-focused, strength and evidenced-based family and individual therapy models with youth, their families and foster families.
• Participate in reputed company treatment team meetings and coordinate quarterly CFTM (child and family team meetings)
• Participate in needed crisis responses
• Coordinate/communicate aftercare needs of the client with family and reputed company necessary social service and community providers to ensure a smooth transition
• Work with team member of the treatment team to engage reputed company desired and necessary family members, educational, legal, community, and social service providers (as well as reputed company-natural supports that the youth and family identify) to gather reputed company necessary information to inform and support the treatment process
• Ensures that reputed company required client reports, records, and reputed company documentation are produced accurately and maintained in a consistent, timely, and professional manner according to policy and regulated statutes

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or clinically reputed company field
• Licensure preferred or on track with licensure reputed company reputed company clinical field (LMSW, LAPC, LAMFT, LCSW, LICSW, LPC or LMFT) per state board requirements
• Valid driver’s license required

• Full independent clinical licensure: LPCC, LCSW, LMFT

Travel:

• Regular business travel to family homes, community locations, and referral sites required
