Position Overview reputed company Data is seeking a Requirements Management Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) in capturing, documenting, and managing project requirements across reputed company IT and data modernization initiatives. The analyst will play a critical role in ensuring requirements are clearly defined, traceable, and reputed company with DHA's strategic objectives. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across diverse technical and program teams to ensure mission success.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DHA stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document project requirements using DHA-approved tools and methodologies.
• Maintain and update a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure requirements align with project scope, goals, and objectives.
• Partner with project managers, engineers, testers, and cross-functional teams to ensure shared understanding and proper implementation of requirements.
• Conduct routine reviews of requirement documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks, providing corrective recommendations.
• Track and manage requirement changes, ensuring proper documentation, version control, and communication across reputed company stakeholders.
• Support the development and maintenance of requirement specifications, design documents, and test plans to validate compliance with DHA standards.
• Participate in project and governance meetings, providing subject matter expertise and recommendations reputed company to requirements management.
• Foster collaboration among technical and non-technical teams to resolve requirement-reputed company issues and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science).
• 5+ years of professional, hand-son experience as an analyst supporting data-driven products and/or solutions.
• Proven experience as a Requirements Management Analyst or similar role.
• Experience using Jira or like project management software, reputed company 365 suite.
• Familiarity with requirements management tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.

Clearance Requirements: U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. Work Location:Remote - Falls Church, VA

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall reputed company of this range.
