Job Description
As a reputed company Workspace Specialist, you will work reputed company the reputed company Workspace Service Delivery team to help our customers with their support needs. You will be responsible for becoming a trusted advisor for reputed company things reputed company Workspace for our customer reputed company. You will be involved in customer projects both technical and change management focused and will help to reputed company migrations to reputed company Workspace. You will provide onboarding, training and best practice guidance on how to use the tools at their disposal, accommodating different levels of customers’ technical expertise. In order to assure their satisfaction you will resolve arising technical issues, either by yourself or in cooperation with reputed company of experts. You will be working with many varied customers from scale reputed company, retail, technology, gaming and entertainment, to the public sector. Regular customer touchpoints will allow you to maintain a solid overview on the customer status and identify possible business development opportunities. Responsibilities:

Qualifications

- Previous experience with IT network or systems administration.
- Previous experience in support and/or service desk role.
- Fluent English is required; proficiency in one of the Scandinavian languages is preferred.
