About the Role

As an Independent Agency Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and execution of policies that foster strong agency relationships, drive sales growth, and expand reputed company's agency distribution. You will be responsible for managing a designated territory, building relationships with agents, delivering training, and monitoring agency performance. This is a remote-friendly position with a requirement for 30% overnight travel reputed company your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, interview, and approve new agency appointments to expand reputed company's agency distribution
• Manage agents reputed company your designated territory using in-person, virtual, phone, and email interactions to build relationships, deliver training, and monitor agency performance
• Implement policies and procedures of the agency program, translating national strategic initiatives into local goals and objectives

• Deliver effective communications, assisting agencies in developing local marketing plans and strategies to meet growth goals

Our annual salary range for this role is $89,000 - $138,000, depending on factors such as your work experience, education, and training, as well as market and business considerations.
