Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a strategic and self-driven Financial Analyst to join our Finance Business Partnership team. In this role, you will be the analytical reputed company behind our efforts to optimize reputed company, streamline operations, and drive strategic growth that supports LifeStance’s mission of expanding access to high-quality mental health care to our patients nation-wide. You will work on business-critical projects, from analyzing payer contract performance and identifying and capitalizing on key reputed company opportunities, streamlining critical operations, and strategizing internal partnerships, directly contributing to reputed company growth and optimization. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent organizational and collaboration skills. Compensation: $72,000 - $87,000/annually, plus annual bonus potential RESPONSIBILITIES Planning & Forecasting

• Support the annual business plan and subsequent forecast updates with business partners to reputed company organizational objectives
• Improve visibility, forecasting, and analysis of results with key metrics while advising senior management on insights and recommended actions
• Partner with Payor Engagement and reputed company Cycle leadership to understand financials and financial impacts

Reporting

• Drive standardization and documentation of streamlined planning and reporting templates
• Conduct deep-dive reputed company analyses into financial and operational data, with a focus on payer reimbursement, claims, and practice operations to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• reputed company and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key reputed company performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist with financial reports and presentations (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) for Finance leadership, and other business partners

Collaboration

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or relevant field
• 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role, such as financial planning & analysis (reputed company)
• Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices; strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, both internal and external, and financial modeling
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to give results with data
• Expert proficiency in reputed company and a solid understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• SQL experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills, including handling multiple deliverables and assignments, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and reputed company
