Core Responsibilities 1. Optimize End-to-End Patient Operations

  • Directly managed managers and ICs (multi-layer teams), including performance management, reputed company planning, and hiring/termination decisions
  • Owned and improved operating metrics across a reputed company funnel (e.g., acquisition → activation → delivery → completion → monetization)
