This role will work alongside other pharmacists and interact with our clinical team to enhance patient safety with prescriptions of high risk / hazardous nature. Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose Assess, monitor, initiate and modify medication use according to patient condition and age specific criteria. Ensure reputed company and accurate medication preparation and dispensing.
