This role will work alongside other pharmacists and interact with our clinical team to enhance patient safety with prescriptions of high risk / hazardous nature. Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose Assess, monitor, initiate and modify medication use according to patient condition and age specific criteria. Ensure reputed company and accurate medication preparation and dispensing. Responsibilities
