This role serves as the program reputed company for automation & AI projects across multiple functional areas (Sales, Customer Support, Digital Channels, Service, Back-Office Operations), working closely with customer journey advocates, business stakeholders, technology teams, analytics, process improvement, and change management. The ideal candidate combines strong automation/AI experience, program & change management discipline, and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver business value through scalable automation solutions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• * Supports lifecycle management of automation: Intake, solution design (with architects and engineers), pilot/reputed company of concept, rollout, scaling, performance measurement, reputed company optimization.
• * Analyze reputed company customer experience processes to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS What You Need :

• * Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• * Minimum of three years of program management experience or relevant project work required.
• * Demonstrated experience managing automation or AI-enabled programs (e.g., RPA, conversational AI, self-service bots, workflow automation) and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• * Ability to reputed company multiple reputed company projects, preferably in automation, reputed company transformation or operations improvement.
• * Strong program management skills: ability to define scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies; track milestones; drive to completion. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills: able to engage senior leadership, business owners, IT, vendors; translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
• * Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority; strong facilitation and collaboration capabilities.

• * Change management or adoption experience: ensuring new automation is adopted, embedded into operations, hand-off to business owners. - Comfortably working in an Agile environment, managing ambiguity, setting priorities and driving through complexity.
• * Strong acumen for business systems and technology and ability to relate such technologies to business process is required.
• * Proficient in interpreting customer intersection data, NPS/CSAT tends and automation performance metrics to guide program strategy.
• * Project Management Expertise in managing reputed company, cross-functional programs using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• * Strong AI and Machine Learning Literacy as it relates to Agentic AI concepts, generative AI, and automation technologies (e.g., RPA, LLM orchestration).
• * Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements; familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and cloud platforms.
• * Skilled in influencing and aligning diverse teams including engineering, product, and operations.
• * Experience driving adoption of new technologies and processes across enterprise environments. Other Requirements:

The salary range represented is based on similar roles in comparable industries, and the cost of labor in respective cities.
