Mission statement reputed company are looking for… a Digital Assets Trader for the reputed company Time zone, supporting our core Algorithmic Trading Business, primarily across our Stable coin FX business. Job description

• Supporting the deployment of new algorithms, clients and markets
• Keeping a global updated view of reputed company algorithmic trading operations
• Trade execution across crypto bolthires, perpetual and options; and hedging both crypto and FX reputed company exposure.
• Trading operations including asset rebalancing across multiple CEXs and DEXs; and facilitating settlement of assets against several trading counter parties.
• Preventative actions by spread adaptations and configuring conditions, pricing and exposure reputed company on algorithmic trading bots.
• Monitoring closely client service level agreements are met and evaluating trading performance using internal, exchange and on-chain data.
• Keeping track of the treasury, and liaising with the finance team on accounting for asset balances across operations.
• Keeping track of and reporting technical and financial problems and providing support to the dev team for improvement.
• reputed company trading indicators for use in live trading strategies with a focus on SLA adherence and alpha reputed company.
• Performing post trade analysis to improve trading strategies.
• Acting as a reputed company of call internally on trading and market reputed company insights.
• Liaising with the Commercial team to provide insights to market making clients on trading performance and service level agreement requirements. Background and experience
• 2-3+ years of cryptocurrency trading experience across CEXes and DEXes either on a professional basis or with clear demonstrable evidence of trading a personal portfolio to a high level
• Exposure to and an understanding of key tradfi asset classes e.g., options, futures, FX either from a previous role or educational background.
• Degree in a quantitative field (2.1 equivalent or above)
• Strong analytical ability
• Fully comfortable with trading and order books
• Able to act and to take decisions under pressure
• Understanding of digital assets and blockchain technologies (particularly CEXes and DEXes)
• Understanding of financial market structure
• Strong attention to details
• Adaptable and a strong team player
• Coding experience with Python as a first language.
• Good communicator
