The Role

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting the transformation and innovation of our VOC method, sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted through reputed company. You'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from reputed company, and the Agile team in Technology to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs

• Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and reputed company them to outline and transform data reputed company the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Design and build robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions

Essential Qualifications
