Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Gathering, organizing, and preparing reputed company documents for data entry into our system database
• Reviewing data for discrepancies, missing pages, or information and resolving discrepancies using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
• Entering both alphabetic and numeric data from reputed company documents into the proper system database
• Reviewing data entered against the original reputed company documents for accuracy and correcting any data entry errors or duplications
• Following data program reputed company practices and procedures at reputed company times
• Routinely securing information by completing database backup daily
• Performing other varied clerical duties such as sorting, filing, emailing, and proofreading as required
• Maintaining confidentiality of reputed company personal and financial information at reputed company times and in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Performing other duties as assigned by the team leader or management

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required + A minimum of 6 months reputed company experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience + Experience in a medical office preferred but not required + MUST be tech-savvy and be detail-oriented
