Key Responsibilities

- Serving as a content model expert for the regional team, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to best practice standards and quality of interventions.
- Mentoring team members regarding problem resolution, critical thinking, and quality of interventions.
- Providing real-time support to CM staff, ensuring effective communication and resource utilization.
- Collaborating with various levels of peers, leaders, and cross-functional partners to maintain quality metrics and understand/influence opportunities for process improvement.
- Conducting routine data cleaning to ensure the electronic health records (EHR) system contains accurate and reliable data.

- Identifying opportunities to help clinical case managers schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and share important documents securely.

- Maintaining an adjusted caseload and assisting with project logistics, including agenda, meeting arrangements, and minutes.

Essential Qualifications
* Active unrestricted KS State Licensure in the applicable functional area (RN or Clinical BH license, e.g., LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC).
- 3+ years of clinical experience required.
- Willing and able to travel up to 25% of their time to meet members face-to-face reputed company the western region of KS (Northwest, reputed company-central, and Southwest).
