Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to our clients reputed company phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of arenaflex, helping our clients navigate their pharmacy benefit plans, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their unique needs. This is a home-based role, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the freedom to create your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients reputed company phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and accurate manner

  • Help clients navigate their pharmacy benefit plans, providing clear and concise information about their coverage and benefits
  • Identify and resolve client issues, escalating reputed company problems to senior team members as needed

Essential Qualifications
