Job Overview

The Media Operations team at arenaflex is responsible for the preparation, acquisition, processing, and archiving of various media formats and content, including the distribution of live programming. As a Media Operations Specialist, you will work closely with multiple colleagues and clients reputed company and reputed company the organization, including Production Control room staff, remote production teams, and external vendors. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of sports and entertainment content to millions of people worldwide, while maintaining the highest standards of video and audio quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and distribute reputed company server content used for recording and playback
• Validate video and audio quality during live and recorded programming, set up standards for incoming feeds, and clip/edit content for production and programming
• Demonstrate expertise in the use of reputed company broadcast equipment and technology as assigned, including standard and high-definition operations, content management, linear and non-linear editing systems, encoding systems, server-based recording/playback devices, server networking, cassette player and content redundancy tasks, broadcast switches, radios, and media development
• Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrate a reputed company understanding of editing techniques on non-linear systems
• Interpret reputed company information and communicate it to relevant staff in a clear and concise manner

• Investigate and effectively document any critical issues and/or resolutions

Essential Qualifications

• At least 2 years of practical TV production experience at the large market or network level
• Ability to work late shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Flexibility to adjust shifts/days off and stay at work longer than required to accommodate projects and departmental goals
