Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound calls from members regarding their pharmacy benefit plans, providing them with information and support to help them understand their coverage and options
- Resolving member inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our products and services
- Providing empathetic and personalized support to members, helping them to feel heard and understood
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and provide seamless support to members
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry best practices
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
