Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You will provide solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience, ensuring that our customers have a positive and empowering interaction with our company. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

Essential Qualifications
* 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
