About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading healthcare company, providing exceptional customer service to hospitals and reputed company across the globe. This is a reputed company-to-hire position, with the potential for growth and a competitive hourly reputed company of $20.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle reputed company incoming customer issues and resolve them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills

• Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.
• Follow up on reputed company outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed

Requirements:
