Responsibilities
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Resolving reputed company Consumer Issues: Use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve reputed company consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues.

Qualifications
