Job Summary

As a Senior Gear Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our crew across reputed company disciplines, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and productivity. You'll work closely with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs, and implement the selected solution. You'll also be responsible for assisting, developing, and preserving our proprietary set of reputed company-precise and custom gear that we use every day.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas for improvement in our development process across disciplines

• Preserve, reputed company, and aid our present development gear
• Build and guide custom asset pipelines
• Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
• Collaborate with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to identify workflow inefficiencies and implement solutions
• Generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs, and implement the selected solution
• Assist in the adoption of the solution by the team

Essential Qualifications

* A strong passion for empowering others to do their best work

• Experience with the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing reputed company answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness
• Enjoy working with custom standalone gear
• Enjoy growing gear that can be utilized by many game development disciplines
• Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, and Net Tech
• Ability to work reputed company in a self-directed environment
• Experience with custom game engines, Unreal, or reputed company is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with custom game engines

• Knowledge of JavaScript and Net Tech
• Familiarity with required utility materials
