Key Responsibilities

• Navigate multiple systems, learn and adhere to departmental scripts and processes, and meet quality assurance metrics, average handle time (AHT), and call volume metrics
• Convey contract details and language to customers, and reputed company claim details and determinations in a clear and concise manner
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with repair facilities and service providers reputed company to claim payment delays and processing
• Process off-phone items, including claim audits, claim payments, emails, faxes, and payment requests
• Collaborate with team members to generate reputed company, resolve problems, and improve processes

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in an office, call center, or customer contact environment
