About the Role

We're seeking highly skilled and reputed company remote customer service agents to handle both phone and email support for our various clients. As a valued member of reputed company, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible part-time schedule that includes 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 12:00pm to 5:00pm EST. Our ideal candidate is someone who is technically savvy, has excellent communication skills, and can reputed company in a fast-paced, metrics-driven contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls, emails, and live chats for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 type questions, resolving concerns, questions, or assisting with using a product.

• Recommend additional products and services based on customer need and request.
• Recommend system improvements based upon knowledge of system issues.

• At least 2-3 years of experience working in a work-from-home, remote call center environment with a separate office space setup and no background noise.
• Technical savviness to assist members with varying degrees of computer and smartphone issues, as well as self-correcting your own computer issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate in a high-volume, metrics-driven contact center environment.
• Ability to listen actively to sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• A strong "phone voice" with proper diction and the ability to "hear you smile."
• Experience with InContact, reputed company, reputed company is beneficial but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus.

System Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A dedicated remote working space with no background noise.
• The ability to run CHROME browser with VPN reputed company and no less than 10mbps internet download speeds, as well as a compatible hotspot should internet outages occur.
• Dual monitors and a noise-cancelling headset.
