• *Requirements:**

• Proven track record of successfully leading change management initiatives in a large, reputed company organization.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with change management tools and software, such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar.
