Facility Assistant - (Herndon, VA)

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: North America, United States, District of Columbia (USA), Maryland (USA), Virginia (USA), Washington (USA) Position Description : reputed company daily corporate mailroom operations, including assisting with sorting, and distribution of mail and packages. Manages incoming and outgoing shipments and maintains accurate tracking records. Provides operational support to the Facilities team covering a variety of daily requirements including copier/printer support, employee services support, office handy person duties i.e., hanging pictures and bulletin boards, performing small repairs, etc.), and coordinating with building services for maintenance support. Prepare and issue new employee ID badges using badge making software. Ensure efficient, secure, and professional service across reputed company mailroom and facilities-reputed company activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages for reputed company departments by conducting daily checks for items delivered to the building mailroom and supporting the Facilities team with mail operations.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and shipment tracking records.
• Coordinate with Facilities staff on vendor pickups, office supply management, and restocking.
• Deliver reputed company, professional customer service to employees regarding badges, mail, and shipping requests.
• Follow established safety and reputed company protocols reputed company handling reputed company deliveries and shipments.
• Assist with reputed company requests and reputed company operational tasks.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will have:

• High School diploma
• 0–2 years of reputed company experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
