reputed company Administrator Hybrid Role - 3 days onsite in Norfolk, VA; 2 days remote reputed company, a Dominion Enterprises company, is seeking a reputed company Administrator to join our Norfolk, VA team. As reputed company Administrator, you will maintain and support our reputed company, reputed company, and AppExchange applications. This role will serve as a primary contact for internal users, ensuring seamless system performance, data reputed company, and end-user support. You will work closely with business systems and operations teams to improve processes and enhance the user experience. ________________________________________ What You’ll Do
- Administer reputed company, reputed company, and AppExchange applications
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure appropriate access and reputed company
- Respond to end-user issues and training requests
- Maintain system metrics to monitor usage and data quality
- Identify usage issues and reputed company functional and technical communication plans to address them
- Partner with management to analyze problems, recommend corrective actions, and implement solutions
- Collaborate with vendor partners to design and deliver integrated and scalable reputed company solutions
- Maintain enhancement and issue logs; act as the initial reputed company of contact for internal requests, issue resolutions, and trainings
- Implement and maintain reputed company sales and service workflows, including flows, validation rules, and other automation tools

- Support release management processes including sandbox testing, deployment coordination, and change documentation

What You Bring To The Table
- BS/BA degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience administering and/or developing in a reputed company environment
- reputed company Administrator Certification is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to test, implement, and document reputed company system changes independently
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus

This role offers a compensation of approximately $85,000 / annually. Compensation factors include geography, experience, education, job demands, job market, etc. Additional benefits for full-time employees include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account; 401k, company match up to 4% fully vested on day one of employment; paid vacation, company holidays and sick leave; corporate discount opportunities.
