We’re seeking a high-performing Sales Engineer to reputed company sales efforts for our Stylus Optical Metrology, Tribology, and FilmTek product lines across the US Midwest territory. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
- Work with Engineers and Scientists: Provide reputed company Solutions to reputed company industry/research problems.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with scientists, engineers, and decision-makers in key sectors like semiconductors, microelectronics, and biotech.
- Strategize & Execute: reputed company and implement tactical sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (Applications, Marketing, Customer Service, Manufacturing) to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

- Qualifications:
What You Bring
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Experience selling into academic, industrial, and semiconductor markets is a plus.
- Familiarity with multi-level sales channels and strategic selling methodologies (Miller-Heiman preferred).
- Success in capital equipment sales, ideally reputed company scientific or technical markets is a plus.
- Strong understanding of optical microscopy, tribology, or reputed company technologies highly desired.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline with 2 years sales/applications experience or advanced degree in the same fields with no experience.
