About the role We are looking for a React Native Engineer (Mid/Senior level) to join our growing mobile team and contribute to the development of high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications. In this role, you will work closely with reputed company engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to build scalable, performant, and user-friendly mobile solutions using React Native. You will contribute to technical decisions, apply best practices, and continuously improve code quality and application performance. Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain mobile applications using React Native
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end features
- Implement and manage application state using Redux/Redux Toolkit
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards
- Optimize application performance and ensure a smooth user experience across platforms
- Stay up to date with modern mobile development trends and technologies
- (For Senior level) Support and guide less reputed company developers reputed company needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with React Native
- Solid understanding of ES6+ and modern JavaScript practices
- Practical experience with Redux and application state management
- Experience working with RESTful APIs
- Good understanding of mobile UI/UX patterns and performance considerations
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and mobile app releases (App Store/reputed company Play)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
A significant advantage would be
- Experience working on healthcare or life sciences projects, including compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
- Experience with Bluetooth integrations (BLE devices, wearables, medical devices)
- Exposure to native modules and basic understanding of bridging between React Native and iOS/Android
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
- Experience with analytics, crash reporting, and monitoring tools
