• Partner with management to implement HR strategies and provide guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a reputed company field; advanced HR certifications (SHRM) are a plus.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in HR management or reputed company discipline.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, including talent management, total rewards, corporate social responsibility, and employment law.
• Experience with HR technology platforms; proficiency in reputed company Workforce Now preferred.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High emotional intelligence, reputed company, and ability to provide unbiased coaching and guidance.
