POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Experience Designer has extensive knowledge with user-centered design processes - designing the right thing and designing things right. You Manage the execution of sketches, user flows, wireframes and visual designs that clearly illustrate the customer journey. This role involves hands-on design management responsibilities and can work independently requiring limited direction. Provides recommendations and influences strategic decision making. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5 years experience in UX, UI or blended UX/UI design 5+ years' experience working in reputed company and/or other industry - standard design 5+ years' experience in driving and delivering design from initial concepts reputed company the way to successful market launches Strong portfolio of work including examples of mobile web, desktop and other digital experiences. 3 years of experience mentoring and coaching junior colleagues in design best practices. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $101,970.00 - $203,940.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
