Washington Probate Attorney (Contract and Fully Remote)

The best candidates will be licensed in Washington, have 5+ years of experience handling probate and administration proceedings and will have knowledge of local/jurisdictional rules governing the probate process. This is a fully remote and contract position. Requirements for the Washington Probate Attorney (Contract and Fully Remote):

• 5+ years of experience handling probate matters
• Knowledge of appropriate forms and filing requirements based on jurisdictional rules
• Experience completing probate forms and supplemental court filings, including but not limited to Inventory and Appraisal, Accounting, and Final Distribution documents
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references
• Licensed and in good standing in Washington

Compensation

Pay: The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $150,000 to $210,000 reputed company calculated on a full-time basis.
