ENGLISH - SPANISH TRANSLATOR (US Spanish - Neutral LATAM) FOR LANDING PAGES & SEARCH ADS

We’re looking for an experienced English to Spanish translator and localization specialist who can adapt direct response marketing copy for health supplement landing pages and offer pages. We’re targeting Spanish speakers in the United States and want neutral, broadly understood Latin American Spanish (often called US Hispanic Spanish). Clear, natural, and understandable across a diverse US Spanish speaking audience. CRITICAL: This role requires TWO skills at once -Conversion focused persuasion (direct response style copy that sells) -Google Ads compliance awareness (avoid trigger terms, avoid medical claims, avoid disallowed phrasing) IMPORTANT: We already used AI to translate many pages. You will NOT be starting from scratch every time. We will provide a Google Doc or Google Sheet with -The original English copy -The AI translated Spanish version Your job is to edit, rewrite, and improve the Spanish so it sounds human, persuasive, and natural, while staying compliant. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON -Landing pages and offer pages (English to Spanish localization) -Headlines, subheads, key sections, CTAs -FAQs and guarantee sections -Offer language (order steps, bundles, etc.) -Google Ads Responsive Search Ads (RSAs) -Translate and adapt RSA headlines and descriptions -Must fit character limits -Must maintain persuasive intent (not literal translation) -Must stay compliant with Google Ads policies (avoid trigger terms) WHAT WE MEAN BY ADAPT AND LOCALIZE (NOT LITERAL TRANSLATION) We’re providing English copy that converts well. You may need to -Completely rephrase sections to sound natural in Spanish -Use the terms people actually use in the US when searching (not word for word translations) -Keep meaning and persuasion while making Spanish flow like it was originally written in Spanish COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT (VERY IMPORTANT) You must understand that supplements and health advertising is sensitive. We need Spanish copy that is persuasive without making prohibited claims. This includes -Avoiding medical or disease treatment claims -Avoiding overly absolute promises (cure, guaranteed results, works instantly, etc.) -Avoiding aggressive or policy triggering phrases -Being careful with before and after style language and exaggerated outcomes We also want you to cross check your final Spanish against compliance risk -You can use AI as a second set of eyes to flag risky phrases -But you must still use your own judgment and keep language natural and compliant REQUIREMENTS -Native Spanish (or near native) with excellent written Spanish -Strong English comprehension (able to translate nuanced marketing language accurately) -Proven experience localizing marketing copy (landing pages, offers, funnels) -Comfortable working in health, wellness, and supplements -Ability to keep Spanish neutral (no region specific slang; avoid vosotros) -Detail oriented and consistent with terminology, formatting, and brand voice -Able to work in Google Docs and Google Sheets and collaborate with comments and suggestions BONUS (NICE TO HAVE) -Google Ads experience (especially RSA assets and character limit writing) -Experience writing or adjusting copy to avoid ad disapprovals in health and wellness categories -SEO and keyword awareness for Spanish phrasing (search friendly terms) DELIVERABLES AND EXPECTATIONS -Clean, polished Spanish that sounds human and persuasive -Reword awkward AI translation and improve clarity -Suggest alternate phrasing where needed for natural Spanish and search relevance -Keep copy compliance safe while maintaining conversion intent -For RSAs: provide multiple headline and description options if needed to meet character limits WORKFLOW -All work will be in Google Docs and Google Sheets -We’ll provide guidance on brand tone and any do not translate terms (product name, etc.) -We’ll iterate quickly with feedback TO APPLY (PLEASE INCLUDE) -A short summary of your experience with marketing localization (English to Spanish) -Confirm you can write neutral LATAM and US Spanish for a diverse US audience -2 to 3 examples of landing page or funnel localization work (links or screenshots are fine) -Any Google Ads or RSA experience (yes or no plus brief details) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
