Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your legal experience and/or technical background. You will primarily focus on the preparation and prosecution of US patents, however, this will also include substantial strategic portfolio consulting. Opportunities to reputed company in other reputed company functional areas (patent opinions, dealing with foreign associates regarding EPO filings, technology licensing, due diligence, etc.) will be dependent upon your capabilities and the ongoing needs of the practice.
