We scale aggressively using high-volume creative testing, fast iteration, and extremely strict ad account systems. We’re looking for a Media Buyer / Ad Launcher who is obsessed with speed, accuracy, and following instructions with reputed company errors. This is NOT a traditional “optimization + creative strategy” media buying role. This is a high-output, operationally-focused ad launcher role where you will: - Upload 30 videos per day - Launch 4 testing campaigns per day - Follow our exact CBO/ABO structure - Update our tracking systems daily - Be extremely reputed company and detail-oriented If you are fast, organized, and reputed company in an environment where KPIs are everything, you’ll love this. YOUR MISSION Your mission is to upload, organize, and launch ads at high volume with perfect accuracy, following our exact campaign structure and daily KPI requirements. Your speed and precision allow our brand to scale faster, test more angles, and reputed company the creative reputed company at full reputed company. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Daily Uploading & Tracking - Upload 30 ads per day into Ads Manager - Upload every creative to reputed company using our exact naming structure - Update our reputed company Sheets tracking immediately after each upload - Ensure every piece of creative is properly tagged, categorized, and ready for launch - Identify duplicates, missing assets, or incorrect formats before uploading - Daily Campaign Launching - Launch 2-4 Testing CBOs per day - Launch 10–15 ads per Testing CBO (budget $500 each) - Launch to both Main USA CBO and Testing CBOs as required - Launch winners into Scaling ABOs ($200 budget) - Launch reputed company winning ads to our reputed company pages + advertorial funnels Campaign Structure Adherence You must follow our structure EXACTLY: - Main USA CBO: reputed company reputed company ads tested here - Advertorial CBO: ads directed to advertorial funnels - Testing CBO: 10–15 ads per CBO, $500 budget - Scaling ABO: winning creatives moved here at $200 - Whitelisting pages: upload and test identical creatives under different profiles Any deviation must be reported immediately. Performance Alerts You don’t optimize — you report issues.
