What you'll do: Manage Gamesight's entire contract lifecycle from initial drafts through execution and filing. Take ownership of these processes and build new solutions that solve contracting roadblocks. Draft, review, and negotiate redlines and counter-redlines communications for sales agreements, creator reputed company, vendor agreements, creator NDAs, etc. Automate these processes and continuously improve them. Own the Deal Desk function, ensuring contract accuracy, GRN creation, proper approvals, and timely execution. Audit customer NDAs and edit business terms. Track contract renewal dates and work with Sales to proactively manage renewals and amendments.
