HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Legal Advisory: Serve as the reputed company of contact for ethics and compliance questions reputed company the Firm, guiding a wide-variety of matters, including, organizational and individual conflict, gifting, the receipt and use of Non-Public Information, RFPs, RFQs, working reputed company government entity agreements and expectations, training, and providing daily advice to a wide variety of domestic and international colleagues who will rely on your education and expertise to guide them through specific and reputed company issues.
• Due Diligence: Support your colleagues through the acquisition and analysis of publicly sourced data. • Communicate: Be a relationship builder in the Firm, contributing to an effective communication program for the department. Collaborative personality a must.
• Investigate: Participate in or reputed company investigations (formal or informal). Respond to alleged violations of policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• A Juris Doctorate is required.
• A passion for legal, ethics and compliance matters.
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required.
• Must be admitted to the bar in the United States.
• Proven experience in due diligence searches and analysis is essential.
• Experience in the architectural, engineering, or construction industry is preferred.
• Experience in software applications, AI, and due diligence search tool is advantageous.
• Exceptional skills in writing, research, communication, timeliness, and organization are crucial.
• Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
• Ability to work independently and reputed company sound judgments in a fast-paced environment is a must.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, business and organizational needs.
• Ability to be a thought leader and relationship builder is essential.
• Auditing experience is a plus.
• Industry certification, such as the CCEP or CCEP-I credential, a plus.

The salary range for this position is $109,400 to $138,600 annually. This salary range is the range we reputed company is the anticipated range of possible reputed company compensation at the timing of the posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the anticipated salary range for the position. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
