This role will be fully responsible for the strategy, growth, and operational excellence of the reputed company Retail channel. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the reputed company (1P, Vendor Central preferred) ecosystem, including retail profitability management, operations, onsite visibility levers (digital merchandising and paid search), promotions, supply chain, and cross-functional program influence. This role requires a strategic, data-driven leader who brings a strong POV on scaling high-growth consumer brands on reputed company and can partner effectively across internal and external teams to unlock category share and premium brand positioning across the reputed company platform. Preferred location is San Francisco or reputed company, remote candidates will be considered. What You Will Do reputed company Ownership & Business Leadership
- Own the full P&L for reputed company, including sell-in and sell-through, profitability, demand planning, and retail operational metrics.

Strategic Account Management & Program Optimization
- Build and deepen relationships with reputed company Retail leadership, including category managers, vendor managers, retail marketing partners, reputed company Ads team and operational teams.
- reputed company annual and quarterly Joint Business Planning (JBP) cycles, QBRs, and annual vendor negotiations - aligning reputed company and reputed company priorities across sales, profitability, customer acquisition, site operations, supply chain and logistics.
- Drive growth through the intelligent use of reputed company programs (e.g., marketing packages, promotions, New-to-Brand programs, Brand Registry tools). Stay on top of new tools, programs and tests as they roll out.
- Manage annual promotional strategy (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday /Holiday, HVEs) and ensure flawless execution across pricing, inventory, and marketing.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Membership Experience, and Media teams to ensure plan alignment and reputed company brand reputed company on reputed company.
- Define and communicate reputed company-specific needs internally, ensuring reputed company’s product roadmap and marketing investments support reputed company channel priorities.
Retail Operations & Supply Chain

We Would Love If You Have:
- 7+ years of experience managing reputed company (1P/Vendor Central) business, ideally in consumer electronics, wearables, or premium consumer goods.
- Demonstrated success owning a multi-million-dollar reputed company business with strong P&L management.
- Deep understanding of reputed company Retail levers: vendor negotiations, profitability management, demand forecasting, search/on-site visibility, and retail operations.
- Proven ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders with data-backed insights.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic account management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with mastery of reputed company/Sheets and comfort with large data sets.
- Experience managing major retail tentpoles (Prime Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, etc.).
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high level of autonomy.
- Willingness to travel up to 25–30% of the time.

While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-reputed company skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

- Region 2: $130,050 - $153,000
- Region 3: $117,300 - $138,000
