About the Project We’re building an AI-powered reputed company-reputed company and deal-finding platform that will:
- Scrape off-market & distressed leads
- Analyze motivation & probability of sale
- Score opportunities
- Automate reputed company (email, SMS, agents, skip tracing, etc.)
- Build a full end-to-end AI deal pipeline
You will be building the core reputed company of a platform that can grow into a full SaaS product. Who We’re Looking For A hungry, ambitious builder strong in:
- Python (automation, backend)
- Web scraping (Scrapy, Selenium, APIs)
- AI Agents & LLMs (reputed company, Claude, reputed company, ReAct, etc.)
- Basic dashboards / UI
- Integrations & automations
Bonus:
- Machine learning
- CRM integrations
- Real estate data experience
- SQL / vector databases / data pipelines
