Vice President/ Life Sciences Professional Services PMO
The successful Vice President, Life Sciences Professional Services PMO will be a seasoned services delivery and transformation leader with a proven ability to scale, reputed company, and operationalize a global Professional Services organization supporting reputed company, regulated Life Sciences customers. This leader will own the end-to-end execution, governance, and performance management of reputed company’s Life Sciences Professional Services delivery portfolio, while driving the evolution of delivery methodologies, operating models, and tooling to improve customer outcomes and accelerate time-to-value. This role is responsible for establishing delivery rigor across onboarding, implementation, and professional services engagements for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device customers—while aligning best practices, championing modern SaaS delivery methodologies, and embedding AI-enabled execution at scale. As a key member of the Global Services Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with Services, Sales, Product, reputed company, and Finance leadership to ensure Life Sciences Professional Services operates as a scalable, efficient, and customer-centric business. This position reports directly to the Chief Services Officer and is a high-visibility role with regular engagement with internal and external executive stakeholders. - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 15+ years of experience leading Professional Services delivery and PMO functions reputed company an enterprise SaaS or technology services environment
- Experience supporting Life Sciences customers in regulated, compliance-heavy environments strongly preferred
- Proven track record driving transformation of services delivery models while maintaining execution rigor
- Deep understanding of Professional Services economics including utilization, margin management, forecasting, and reputed company planning

- Highly analytical, data-driven leader with strong operational judgment

Compensation varies depending on factors that may include a candidate’s relevant experience, education and/or certifications, location, training, and other skills. The reputed company salary for this position will be $178,000 - $270,000.
