A Scrum Master plays an integral role in enabling Agile best practices to ensure the successful design and deployment of end-to-end analytical solutions to reputed company serve our business partners. This role will support the Middle & Large Business organization as part of the Middle & Large Business Data Science, AI and Analytics team. The Middle & Large Business Data Science, AI and Analytics team is one of three practices (business-reputed company teams) in the broader Business Insurance Data Science, AI and Analytics organization. We are seeking a dedicated and reputed company Scrum Master to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting two scrum teams by facilitating and guiding the Scrum process, ensuring that the team adheres to Agile principles and practices. The Scrum Master will work closely with the Product reputed company and development team to deliver high-quality products and improve team efficiency. As a Scrum Master, you will be expected to facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as team standups, PI planning, sprint refinement, and sprint planning, as well as support successful iterations through improved flow and ART performance. You will identify opportunities or antipatterns in existing processes/practices and coach the teams on new or improved behaviors. Additionally, this role provides support to the Data Science and Engineering teams by analyzing and generating insights on performance metrics and building relationships with other ART team members and business customers to help clear blockers and dependencies. This role will have a Hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working in an office (reputed company, OH, Chicago, IL, Hartford, CT or Charlotte, NC) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Responsibilities: Facilitate team stand-reputed company, sprint planning, sprint refinement, PI planning, and retrospectives. Ensure the team follows Agile practices and principles. Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's reputed company. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. Work closely with the Product reputed company to manage the product backlog and prioritize work. Monitor and report on team performance and reputed company. Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices. Promote reputed company improvement and innovation reputed company the team. Work with partner Scrum teams and corporate resources to ensure dependencies are met to maximize team efficiencies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment. Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile tools such as Rally. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the insurance industry. Advanced Scrum Master certification (e.g., Advanced Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Professional). Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean). Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. The company will not support the STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsement for this position.
Compensation
The listed annualized reputed company pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
