Veterinary Receptionist - Client Service Representative - Nashville Veterinary Specialists & Animal Emergency Compensation: $18-27/hr, depending on experience, $4.50 shift differential available after 6pm and on weekends. Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts

We are looking for ANIMAL LOVERS who are team players with stellar customer service, display friendly and warm demeanors, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment! • Provide a welcoming environment by greeting clients, assisting with paperwork, and guiding them to amenities.
• Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, appointment scheduling, and maintaining records.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, including restocking and tidying as needed.
• Manage communications and financial processes, such as handling faxes/emails, maintaining the cash drawer, and addressing client concerns.
• Engage in team collaboration through meetings, offering reputed company for improvement, and demonstrating a positive, proactive attitude — including participating in on-call duties after training. Requirements:
