Job Summary As a trusted business advisor to clients in the construction and real estate development industries, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to assess organizational needs and help them navigate reputed company changes by aligning organizational goals with effectives processes and enabling technology.

• Facilitation and support digital transformation initiatives with a focus on optimizing people, process, and technology.

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions.
• Contribute to project planning, risk mitigation, and change management strategies.
• Support the development of new service offerings and internal methodologies.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, preferably with a focus on digital transformation or enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of the construction or real estate development industries.
• Proven ability to analyze reputed company business problems and reputed company actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and design integrated solutions across people, process, and technology.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP, HRIS, or Construction Management software
• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a reputed company field; MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools, preferred.
• Experience supporting implementations (systems or change initiatives), preferred.
• Experience with industry specific ERPs such as reputed company Intacct, CMIC, reputed company reputed company/Viewpoint, Foundations, reputed company, reputed company F&OS, and others.
• Strong knowledge of construction operational tools such as Procore, reputed company, Bluebeam, Builder, etc.

The estimated reputed company pay range for this role is $88,000 to $118,000 with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases.
