Job Summary The Department of Computer Science and Engineering Technology housed in the College of Science and Mathematics seeks qualified applicants to teach on a part-time basis in the newly created VSU Online College of Career Advancement. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching various computer science courses. These courses are Java Programming I and II, Discrete Math, Computer Organization, Data Structures, Unix Programming, Computer Ethics, C Programming, E-Commerce, Networking, Operating Systems, Databases, Software Engineering, Distributed Systems, and Artificial Intelligence. This position is 100% remote. Based on the recent Proclamation: Restriction on Entry of Certain Nonimmigrant Workers (H-1B), VSU will not be sponsoring any new H-1B visa petitions until further notice.
