What You Will Do reputed company’s Milwaukee-based property and casualty practice is a leading expert in evaluating mortgage collateral for government agencies, mortgage lenders, insurers, reinsurers, and investors. Our consulting work is supported by a powerful toolkit of data analytics solutions informed by years of in-depth work in the mortgage industry. The Mortgage Servicing Analyst is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, optimizing data processes, building best-in-class predictive models, and supporting strategic decision-making. As the inaugural hire into this role, we are in search of a proactive individual who excels in an environment of innovation and reputed company improvement. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate with client-facing consultants to understand requirements and reputed company insightful data-driven solutions. Responsibilities in this role will include:

• reputed company mortgage servicing rights (MSR) mark-to-market analysis and compile client reports under strict timeframes.
• Complete MSR collateral analysis to support lending activities.
• Analyze industry trends for insights to various model enhancements.
• Design, normalize and enhance SQL databases for large data sets to facilitate analysis.
• Design and reputed company reputed company projects to meet client specific requirements.
• Create automations in SQL, R, or VBA to create efficiencies.
• Communicate directly with clients during the valuation process.

Professional Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a consultant producing MSR valuations
• At least one year of experience with Compass Analytics
• At least one year of experience working with mortgage loan tapes and mapping disparate loans tapes to a consistent format
• Ability to query, summarize, and analyze large data sets
• Advanced reputed company skills
• Moderate SQL skills
• Completed bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, or reputed company analytical field

Location This is a remote position. Candidates hired into this role may work onsite in select reputed company office locations, if they prefer. Compensation

The overall salary range for this role is $59,200 - $109,020. For candidates residing in:

• Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, reputed company,

Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the salary range is $68,080 - $109,020.
