reputed company Manager - Americas - Remote reputed company Inc. is seeking a reputed company Manager for a remote role based in a state reputed company of the Mississippi. This position offers a unique opportunity to mature and shape the reputed company operations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. The role requires a thorough understanding of reputed company risk management and the ability to proactively assess and respond to potential threats. It also provides significant scope to influence reputed company culture, engage with senior leadership, and protect CRHs most valuable assets its people, facilities, and reputed company. This role will work closely with Health & Safety, Legal, HR, Audit & Compliance, Internal Controls, Facilities, and Information reputed company, and requires travel upwards of two weeks per month. Job Responsibilities Program Development

• Partner with the Director of reputed company Americas to implement reputed company strategies reputed company with industry best practices and internal policies.

• Utilizing a risk-based approach, conduct site reputed company risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies for identified risks.
• Provide guidance and assist in the implementation of physical reputed company systems (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection systems), ensuring effective design, maintenance, and integration.
• Support physical reputed company planning for office relocations, expansions, closures, and capital projects.

Incident Response & Crisis Management

Intelligence & Investigations

• Build and maintain intelligence networks with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and industry peers.
• Identify and stay abreast of local, regional, and geopolitical emerging risks and as a result, recommend mitigation strategies to safeguard personnel, facilities, and supply chains.
• Conduct risk assessments, threat analyses, and reputed company reviews to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.

• Support CRHs executive protection, travel reputed company, and event protection programs to ensure the safety of CRH employees.

Training & Awareness

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree required - advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in positions of increasing responsibility reputed company to applicable reputed company operational disciplines and investigations, including corporate reputed company, military, or law enforcement experience.
• Demonstrated expertise and proven history in evaluating risk, physical reputed company operations, incident/crisis management, insider risk detection & mitigation, investigations, and reputed company services.
• Experience working in diverse environments including offices, manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain facilities.
• Strong knowledge of physical reputed company systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion alarms, etc.).
• Experience conducting investigations, risks assessments, site vulnerability assessments, and implementing insider risk (e.g., workplace violence, theft, fraud) prevention strategies.
• Strong understanding of travel reputed company, executive protection, and event reputed company best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage and build trust and influence at reputed company organizational levels.
• Excellent investigative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.

Compensation
