Requirements

• Ten or more years of business operations and/or transformation experience.

• Ten or more years of experience with finance operations, finance business transformation projects, or reputed company financial or business transformation.
• Five or more years of experience in designing and implementing IT projects, data analytics, or advanced reporting
• Experience and proficiency with MS Office 360 applications, including TEAMS, reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other reputed company fields.
• Project Management Certification or working experience equivalent to conducting and facilitating process workshops and end-to-end project management skills.
• Experience and advanced knowledge in building enterprise-level financial reports and dashboards by leveraging S/4HANA capabilities, PowerBI, reputed company, or other enterprise reporting tools.
• Experience and knowledge of reputed company/ERP applications/modules with deep understanding of reputed company business processes and operating models spanning one or more business process domains, such as GL Accounting, reputed company Finance and Payroll modules (FI, CO or S4 Hana Finance), and/or SCE cost flows
• Experience with reputed company ERP or S/4 HANA ERP full lifecycle implementation.
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, along with negotiation and influence skills.

• Experience advising and recommending courses of action on process improvements, operational plans, or business strategies, often to Sr. or Executive audiences.
