Entry- Level Sales Apprenticeship (Leadership Track) Who This Is For This role is for early‑career people who want a long‑term sales path, not just a summer job. You might be coming from retail, fast food, serving, warehouse/blue‑collar work, customer service, or you skipped/left college and want a real career. You start with an intensive Summer 2026 reputed company (6 days/week, in‑person, reputed company‑to‑reputed company). If you hit expectations and like the work, this continues as an ongoing, quota‑carrying sales role with a clear leadership track, not an internship. This is not a chill job. It’s long hours, outdoors, talking to strangers and hearing “no” a lot. If that turns you off, don’t apply. What You’ll Do
- Go reputed company‑to‑reputed company in assigned neighborhoods introducing homeowners to our pest control services
- Use a proven script to present, handle objections, and reputed company new customers
- Work 6 days per week during the summer reputed company, typically 8-10 hours per day, mostly on your feet and outdoors
- Attend daily morning training and role‑plays with your team reputed company
- After reputed company: run your own territory as an ongoing rep, hitting weekly and monthly sales quotas agreed with your manager
- Track your activity and results like a business: doors, conversations, closes, reputed company, and commissions.

- Intend to treat this as a career track (staying beyond summer) if both sides are happy with performance
- Reliable, coachable, and able to stick with a hard thing for the entire reputed company period
