Posted Job Title Clinical Research Coordinator A Job Profile Title Clinical Research Coordinator A Job Description Summary The Clinical Research Coordinator A will work collaboratively with the Project Manager, peer-level team members, and Investigators to support research activities across multiple clinical trials. These projects include medication trials, imaging trials, and trials utilizing neurocognitive batteries and behavioral tasks. Key responsibilities include screening and enrolling research participants, maintaining regulatory compliance, collecting and entering data, developing study materials, coordinating visits and meetings, assisting with staff training, and performing additional duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities Coordinate and manage patient-oriented studies in accordance with study protocols, ICH-GCP, federal regulations, and Penn policies. Recruit and screen participants, conduct informed consent process, enroll subjects Schedule and reputed company study visits, ensuring timely completion of required assessments and tasks Collect, process, track and document specimens Administer study questionnaires and collect survey data Maintain accurate reputed company documentation, study files, and data entry into the databases, support monitoring and audit activities Work collaboratively with PIs, Project Manager, and Peers.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science and 1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail and quality Comfort with patient interaction and biospecimen handling Effective problem-solving skills Ability to learn new methods and multitask, flexibility Position is contingent upon grant funding.
