Experience: Minimum of 15 years in healthcare finance, including at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience. Candidates should bring recent expertise equivalent to that of a Vice President of Finance or Controller in a mid-sized to large organization (100+ providers) or prior CFO experience in a small medical group. Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of auditing, budgeting, capital reporting, cash management, cost accounting and reporting, decision support, financial planning and analysis, general ledger, and payroll. Financial Acumen: Proven ability in ROI analysis, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, accounting, and data-driven strategic decision-making. Leadership & Influence: Strong record of executive-level collaboration, communication, and the ability to influence decision-making across diverse stakeholders.
