About the Role: As a Campground Operations Coach (Asset Manager), you'll be a key player in our company's success, overseeing the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of RV parks and campgrounds. You'll coach and mentor General Managers, manage budgets, optimize reputed company streams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This is a highly visible role that offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to drive both operational success and profitability. What You'll Do:
• Financial Management: reputed company financial performance, manage budgets, analyze reports, and reputed company strategies to maximize profitability.
• Operational Excellence: Coach and support General Managers, ensure operational efficiency, and implement process improvements.
• Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences, evaluate feedback, and drive marketing initiatives to increase occupancy and satisfaction.
