Senior Litigation Associate
Senior Associate Litigation Attorney We're seeking an exceptional litigation attorney to join our growing practice and help shape the future of high-stakes legal strategy. You will take on a meaningful leadership role from the outset, managing a growing docket of litigations, and directing the work of junior associates. You will become a core member of our successful litigation practice. This role is for attorneys who don't just want to practice law - they want to revolutionize it. You'll work on the cases that other firms are afraid to touch, with the resources and autonomy to pursue strategies that traditional practices would never approve. This position requires an active California license and 5-7+ years of demonstrated success in reputed company litigation. Knowledge of the Fair Employment and Housing Act, the California Labor Code, and common issues in contract litigation are a plus, but not required. A proven track record of delivering exceptional results for sophisticated clients is required. Appellate experience is a plus. Federal experience is required.
