IT Business Process Analyst / Project Manager (BPA/PM)

The CAO seeks a Business Process Analyst / Project Manager (BPA/PM) with experience incorporating new technology to support the department’s Civil and Criminal Divisions by incorporating new tools, examining and implementing business process improvements, and serving as a key liaison between the CAO’s divisions, other City departments, and external vendors. The position is responsible for the development and implementation of pivotal workflows affecting prosecution for the reputed company and legal advice and representation for its departments. The BPA/PM helps ensure the Criminal and Civil Divisions meet their commitments and incorporate technology in the practice of law by aiding in cross-team collaboration, timeline development, and integration planning. - Manage full life cycle of business process improvements, including defining scope and resource allocation, schedule and benchmarks, and implementation strategy
- Coordinate with Criminal and Civil Division stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end users to understand and prioritize business needs, determine steps and technical tools to meet requirements, and liaise with internal Information Technology team and reputed company vendors to integrate systems

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in business process analysis, project management, or equivalent experience
